2. Ability to Accept Terms of Service & Jurisdictional Restrictions

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age AND the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this Website. HDPornVault is not responsible for the practices of these third-party payment processors.

Failure to comply with these Terms, or if we determine that any of the above statements is untrue, may result in refusal to post Content, removal of Content, forfeiture of earnings (if any), termination of your account, and any other measures necessary to minimize or eliminate liability, in our sole discretion.

9. Online Safety Act – Rules Applicable to Australian Users (and similar global standards)

While HDPornVault will aim to comply with applicable laws globally, and recognizing the principles of laws like Australia’s Online Safety Act (2021), we prohibit the uploading of “Illicit Material.” For the purpose of these terms, Illicit Material includes, but is not limited to:

• Material depicting or otherwise containing child sexual exploitation/child sexual abuse, as further detailed in our Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy (Section 10).
• Material depicting or promoting extreme crime and/or violence, or terrorism.
• Other materials deemed illegal or harmful as per our evolving content policies and applicable laws, including Non-Consensual Content as detailed in Section 11.

If uploading functionality is enabled, uploaders must ensure their Content adheres to these prohibitions. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any Content involving child sexual exploitation/abuse or non-consensual acts. Any such material identified will result in immediate removal of the Content, termination of the uploader’s account, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

HDPornVault maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). CSAM includes any visual depiction, including photographs, films, videos, or computer-generated images, that depicts a minor (any person under the age of 18) engaging in sexually explicit conduct or that is otherwise illegal under applicable child protection laws.

The creation, uploading, posting, sharing, distributing, linking to, or any other association with CSAM on or through HDPornVault.com is strictly prohibited.

Any Content found or reasonably suspected to be CSAM will be:

• Immediately removed from the Website.
• Reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, and any other relevant national or international agencies.

Users found to be involved in the distribution or creation of CSAM will have their accounts (if applicable) immediately and permanently terminated, and all associated information may be preserved and disclosed to law enforcement as required or permitted by law. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into CSAM.

11. Non-Consensual Content (NCC) Policy

HDPornVault has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Non-Consensual Content (NCC). NCC is defined as any content depicting individuals who have not given their explicit, informed, ongoing, and enthusiastic consent to the depicted sexual acts and to the recording and distribution of such acts. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content depicting sexual assault, rape, or any sexual activity where consent is not clearly and affirmatively given by all participants.
• “Revenge porn” or other non-consensual distribution of private, sexually explicit images or videos.
• Content obtained through exploitation, coercion, duress, threats, or where an individual is incapable of giving consent (e.g., due to incapacitation by drugs or alcohol, or unconsciousness).
• Content depicting sexualized violence where the context implies a lack of consent.

The uploading, posting, sharing, distributing, or linking to any NCC on or through HDPornVault.com is strictly prohibited.

Any Content found or reasonably suspected to be NCC will be:

• Immediately removed from the Website.
• Users found to be involved in the distribution of NCC will have their accounts (if applicable) immediately and permanently terminated.
• We may report such content and associated user information to law enforcement authorities where appropriate and as required or permitted by law.

We rely on user reports and our moderation efforts to identify NCC. 12. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

The complaint must be submitted within six (6) months of notification of our decision and include detailed reasons for your belief that the decision was unjustified.
