Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe material you posted was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Counter-Notices must be submitted by the content’s original uploader or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.

We will not respond to Counter-Notices that do not meet these requirements. After receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA Notice and inform them that the removed material may be restored after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain you.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. See our Terms of Service for further information.
Technological Measures
We may employ technological measures to identify and prevent uploading of infringing content. Videos uploaded to HDPornVault.com may be compared against databases of known copyrighted material. Blocking, disabling, or removal may occur if a match is identified. We do not guarantee any specific result from such systems.
